RENTAL PERIOD/RATE/PAYMENT:

Rental period is for a maximum of 24 hours unless a longer/shorter term is specified in the Agreement in the Delivery and Return windows at time of J4PPR Scheduling. Rates are based on single-term usage. If Lessee makes greater use of the rental items, it is agreed that the additional usage will be charged.  Rental charges begin immediately upon rental items leaving J4PPR warehouse. Rental charges end upon return of the rental items to J4PPR warehouse in an acceptable condition. No allowance will be made for Saturdays, Sundays, holidays or time in transit, nor for any period of time the rental items may not be in actual use while in Lessee’s possession. If rental items are returned prior to the end of the minimum rental period, the rate/charge is for the entire single-term agreement. Lessee may terminate rental at any time and retake rental items without further notice in case of violation by Lessee of any terms or conditions of the Agreement.  Lessee agrees to pay a monthly service charge on all unpaid balances. Lessee agrees not to use rental items in violation of environmental laws.  

SITE PREPARATION:

Customer must make sure setup site is ready, (lawns are mowed, vehicles/obstacles are out of the way, animal feces are removed, setup location is cleared) before the driver is scheduled to arrive. If the site is not ready or accessible when the driver arrives, or if rented equipment cannot be moved directly on site (if extra handling is involved), the customer may be charged an additional delivery fee. If the site is not prepared, the driver may be forced to leave and reschedule your delivery at a later time, in which case an additional delivery fee will be applied. Return delivery will be rescheduled to the end of the delivery route for that truck.

UNDERGROUND UTILITIES:

Please be ready to inform the driver of the existence of any underground utilities (phone lines, gas lines, septic system, etc.), that may interfere with the ability to stake and/or anchor equipment. Customer assumes responsibility for any damage to underground equipment or landscaping resulting from equipment installation. It is recommended you contact DIG ALERT at 8-1-1 or 800-422-4133 before our arrival.

PAYMENT TERMS:

  • 25% Deposit is Required at the time of ordering/booking.

  • 60 days before event – 50% of the total amount of rentals is due. 

  • Balance is due three (3) days before event.

Just 4 Parties Party Rentals accepts all major credit cards, Checks (prior arrangements having been made), Zelle All payments must be completed PRIOR TO DELIVERY, unless arrangements have been made. 

NSF checks will be charged an additional $35.00 fee. 

If paying with a card, the Customer will be directed to PayPal, Customer will pay as a guest, PayPal charges an additional 5% payment processing fee. 

Credit/ Debit cards

All major credit cards are accepted. If paying with a card, Customer will be directed to PayPal. customer will pay as a guest through PayPal with card. PayPal charges a 3.5% payment processing fee. If the name on the credit card is different than the person making the reservation, and the credit card owner will not be present to sign for the rental, a CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION form will be required to be filled out and sent in for the reservation to be accepted.

Rain Policy

In case of rain or severe weather conditions (high winds exceeding 15 mph) on your rental date, Customer may cancel reservation the day of the event without any cancellation fee. If rain is in the forecast for your event date, CUSTOMER MUST CONTACT J4PPR NO LATER THAN 5PM THE DAY BEFORE THE EVENT DATE BY PHONE CALL/VOICEMAIL OR EMAIL. CTPR reserves the right to cancel the order due to extreme rainy conditions or high winds at its discretion, FULL REFUND PROVIDED. 

Damage & Missing Items

The Customer is responsible for all equipment from the time of delivery or will-call until it has been picked up by or returned to J4PPR. The Customer is also responsible for damaged or missing items and verifying an accurate count of rental items received and returned. Please be sure equipment is secured when not in use and protected from weather at all times. The Customer will be charged with replacement cost for damage due to weather/water to such items as tables, chairs, linens, concession machines, electronic equipment. A DAMAGE WAIVER IS AVAILABLE. The damage waiver covers reasonable, accidental damage to the equipment. IT IS OPTIONAL AND NON REFUNDABLE. If the damage waiver is declined, and any rental items are damaged or missing, the Customer will be responsible for the replacement charges for those items. The damage waiver does not cover against theft, loss, mischievous damage, mysterious disappearance or vandalism. It does not cover mold, mildew or holes, permanent stains in linens.
